Shortly after placing your order, we will provide you with a target ship date. While production begins immediately after your order is received, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for our artisans to build your piece, plus additional time for shipping, depending on your selected delivery method (curbside or white glove).
During peak seasons—especially around holidays—please allow some flexibility for potential material delays, artisan workload fluctuations, or freight disruptions. Either way, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
