Residential Shipping Options

Every bed and furniture item is custom-made one at a time to your specifications.

Shortly after you place your order, we will send you our target date for shipment. Each bed and furniture item is put into production immediately after it is ordered, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for our artisans to build your bed, plus the shipping time for curbside or white glove delivery. During peak seasons, please allow some margin for potential material delays, artisan workload fluctuations, or freight delays, such as around holidays. Either way, we will keep you posted on our progress.

Curbside Delivery – usually driver only, drops off curbside only Any number of items shipped all at once- $199 per order (Bed, Furniture Item, OR Mattress)

White Glove Delivery – team moves inside, assembles, removes the packaging Any number of items shipped all at once- $299 per order (Bed, Furniture Item, OR Mattress) *Can take 1 to 2 weeks longer to facilitate
